The food was delicious. However the service was terrible. We were two of four people in the restsurant and were completely ignored. The waiter apparently knew the other couple and spent half the night catching up. He didn’t even look our way so we couldn’t get his attention. The only time he came to our table was to bring the food. My wife and I would never go back again. Terrible experience!
We came here on invite from friends as part of a group. This is not the type of place that we would normally gravitate to, but we really enjoyed it. The chef sets the menu with all local products. He is very talented with what he sends out of the kitchen. The service was top notch. The food is served in multiple courses and there is some time between courses but good time to enjoy a drink and have a good chat. It's a bit pricy, but it's unique and fun so it would probably be a special occasion destination going forward. But it's a good place to go just for a nicer dining experience than you will get anywhere near Perkasie.
Absolutely outstanding! An excellent orchestrated dining experience. Each course was perfectly balanced with ingredients complementary to each other with whole being far greater than the sum of the parts. The main course and dessert each had two different but complementary sauces that enhanced the dish. We were pumped for a special experience, but the actual experience exceeded expectations!
